Target audience

The East African IUPFOOD programme is designed for:

• recent graduates
• lecturers and tutors of middle level colleges
• research scientists
• government officers and
• industry employees who are seeking to strengthen their academic knowledge and research expertise in the area of sustainable food processing and product development.

The programme specifically aims to enroll individuals with Bachelor qualifications related to food science and technology, food science and nutrition, food preservation and engineering, bioscience engineering or other closely related disciplines from a recognized University, College or Institute.
