Dr. Charles Onyango Gaya is the Director, Directorate of Planning, Performance Contracting and Appraisal (DiPPCA). He is a Lecturer in the Department of Geomatic and Geospatial Information Systems (GEGIS). He joined DiPPCA as Deputy Director in July 2012 and was appointed to the position of Director in November 2020.
