Anderson M. Mwito is the Administrator at the Directorate of Planning, Performance Contracting and Appraisal. He joined DiPPCA in May 2012. He works with the Director in coordinating Performance Contracting and staff appraisal activities in the University.
Mr. Mwito has a wealth of experience in performance contracting and quality management systems.
