Ms. Grace Anyango Oluoch has worked at DiPPCA since 2015 as a cleaner/messenger. She undertakes her cleaning tasks diligently, despite her hearing and speech impairment. She has clearly demonstrated that ‘Disability is not Inability’ by her commitment to her work and exemplary service.
