Welcome from the Director

JKUAT TVET Institute is strategically located in the leafy suburbs of Karen, offering a serene and conducive environment for learning. The institute is within the JKUAT Karen Campus, off Bogani Road, providing easy access to modern facilities and a peaceful study environment.

In line with JKUAT’s vision, the TVET Institute is fully accredited and committed to offering high-quality competency-based courses at both Diploma and Certificate levels. All courses are approved by the TVET Curriculum Development, Assessment and Certification Council (CDACC). We deliver Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) to ensure our graduates acquire the relevant skills for the job market.

The institute is well equipped with state-of-the-art ICT facilities, modern library resources, computer laboratories, and wireless internet connectivity for both students and staff. Our tutors are highly trained and certified by TVETA to ensure top-quality instruction and practical skill development.
