Counselling & Psychological Services
University life is a transitional journey that can bring uncertainty and stress. When students lack the knowledge and tools to process these experiences, emotional and psychological strain may arise, affecting academic performance and overall well-being. Counselling services are therefore designed to support student success by promoting social, emotional, and personal development.
Our Counselling Psychology services focus on strengthening emotional well-being and decision-making skills. Through a deep understanding of personality, cognition, and communication, counselling psychologists assist students in navigating life challenges across emotional, social, vocational, educational, developmental, and organizational areas. Complex cases are collaboratively handled with Clinical Psychologists and the Health Unit, while chaplaincy services are available for spiritual support.
