JKUAT Karen Campus Library
The Library is dedicated to supporting the University’s mission of excellence in teaching, learning, and research. It provides comprehensive collections that give students and faculty access to the essential resources and information required for education, scholarship, and research. Located in a serene environment, the Library offers a space free from distractions, enhancing the learning experience for all users. The Campus Library is led by Janet, Chief Librarian, and supported by a professional team committed to delivering high-quality services to students and faculty.
Library Services & Systems
The JKUAT Karen Library has automated its operations using the KOHA Integrated Library Management System , supporting the University’s mission to provide quality access to materials and services. The Library offers subject-based information services, including Science Information Services, Social Science Information Services, and Technology Information Services. Additional services include circulation services, electronic information services, information literacy training, reading spaces, binding services, and book acquisition and processing. A vast collection of e-resources allows students to access materials and services conveniently, anywhere and anytime.
