Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) TVET Institute conducted a benchmarking visit at the JKUAT TVET Institute. The purpose of the visit was to explore best practices in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), particularly in areas such as curriculum development, infrastructure, examination practices and Portfolio of Evidence (P.O.E). During the visit, MMUST officials engaged with JKUAT faculty and administrators to learn from their experiences and innovations, with the goal of enhancing the quality of TVET offerings at MMUST. The visit underscored the importance of collaboration between institutions for fostering skills development that meet market demands.
