Charles Onyango Gaya is the Director, Directorate of Planning, Performance Contracting and Appraisal (DiPPCA). He is a Lecturer in the Department of Geomatic and Geospatial Information Systems (GEGIS). He joined DiPPCA as Deputy Director in July 2012 and was appointed to the position of Director in November 2020.
Mr. Edward W. Miring’u is the Deputy Director, Directorate of Planning, Performance Contracting and Appraisal (DiPPCA). He is a Lecturer and former CoD in the Department of Media Technology and Applied Communication (MTAC). He joined DiPPCA as Deputy Director in November 2020.
Anderson M. Mwito is the Administrator at the Directorate of Planning, Performance Contracting and Appraisal. He joined DiPPCA in May 2012. He works with the Director in coordinating Performance Contracting and staff appraisal activities in the University.
Mr. Mwito has a wealth of experience in performance contracting and quality management system
Ms. Susan Mwangi works in the Directorate of Performance Contracting and Appraisal (DiPCA) as a receptionist/ clerk. Before joining DiPCA, she worked in the ICT Department.
Susan has good ICT skills and customer care relations.
Mr. William G. Ombongi works in the Directorate of Performance Contracting and Appraisal (DiPCA) as a clerk. Before joining DiPCA, he worked in GEGIS Department as a Clerk in charge of students and staff records.
Mr. William has a wealth of knowledge in computer data entry, record keeping, logistics planning and coordination of activities. He has good communication skills and is resilient. Ready to work at all times. He is open minded and ready to learn new skills.
