RE:  2026/2027 STAFF PERFORMANCE CONTRACTS (GOAL PLANNING)

 TO ALL STAFF:

I wish to bring to your attention the fact that the fiscal year 2026/2027 began on 1st July 2026. JKUAT Staff are therefore required to prepare, negotiate and submit their Performance Contracts for the FY 2026/2027 online before 31st August 2026. 

Go to the upgraded HRMIS system (the same one used for leave applications http://10.1.1.68/JKUATHRMIS/security/login (accessible when you are within any of the university campuses and using the university internet access).  To set your targets under the menu on Performance Assessment. The targets are formulated in the usual way. Kindly submit your new performance contract (Goals) via the sub-menu Goal Planning To access the system use your credentials as follows:

User name: pf1234 (use your pf instead of 1234)

Password: ID Number followed by *

Quick tutorials on how to prepare your contract and quarterly reports are available on the DiPPCA site Tutorials and Links – PCA (preferably using Microsoft Edge browser). DiPPCA offers sensitization on the same. Individual enquiries can be made to DiPPCA on Ext. 1056/ 1059

Important Note: Performance Appraisal is a requirement for all Public Servants under the Public Service Commission (Performance Management) Regulations, 2021. 

Any member of staff not undertaking performance appraisal is required to provide a valid explanation.
