UN implementing partner agreements are formal contracts transferring UN funds and project implementation responsibility to external organizations to deliver specific project outputs. These agreements establish a voluntary, collaborative partnership based on a shared purpose and require the partner to assume full accountability for the effective use of resources and achievement of the project’s goals. This CfP will select up to eight partners. Up to two partners will be selected in each country to delivery output 1. Of these two partners, the one with the more experience with knowledge management will be given additional deliverables related to Output 4. UNEP will enter into separate partnership agreements with the two IPs in one country and coordinate the outputs. |
