• Preparation of bid documents for various procurement.
• Facilitating annual suppliers’ pre-qualification and Framework contract process.
• Preparation and posting of award/regret letters to suppliers.
• Secretariat to various technical evaluation committee for various purchases.
• Secretariat to Professional Opinion Committee facilitating approval of Opinions.
• Handling procurement of research materials various researchers in the University.
