Who is a JKUAT Alumni

The JKUAT Statute defines alumnus:

• holders of Jomo Kenyatta College of Agriculture and Technology (JKCAT) and/or Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) certificates or diplomas,
• former students of JKUAT who are holders of diplomas or degrees, and
• Ex-Officio members include former and current principals, deputy principals, vice-chancellors, deputy vice-chancellors, members of the council, emeritus professors, professors, lecturers, research fellows, librarians, registrars, director of student welfare, and finance officers.

JKUAT Boasts of over 98, 000 graduates, several honorary degrees holders and about 2000 employees who constitute a strong alumni base. Some of the graduates have maintained contacts with the university through employment, research collaboration and studies.
