WARREC is providing technical backstopping Improving of WFP Supported Rural Resilience Programme in Kenya’s Arid and Semi-Arid Areas. The project covers 15 ASAL counties in Kenya and will consolidate the findings of the Technical Evaluation of Drought Mitigation Technologies implemented under Asset Creation, and produce technical manuals facilitators guides. These guidelines will enable integrated approach such that the Asset Creation initiatives positively contribute to food security, ecosystem restoration and diversified livelihoods of ASAL communities through increased resilience.
