Departmental Objectives

1.To recruit, place and retain qualified staff in all positions in the University, to continually raise the staffing level.
2.To continuously implement the Terms of Service and the Collective Bargaining Agreement for good industrial harmony.
3.To adopt an effective Human Resource Management Information System for improved human resource services across the University to be compliant with the Service Charter.
4.To maximize input from employees through an effective annual staff appraisal system.
