The Hospital is divided into three (3) major divisions which are Clinical/Medical, Paramedical and Administration .
Functions of the Hospital Administration Division
The Hospital Administration Division is Responsible for all support services of the Health Services Department both within and outside the department including PublicRelations, Resource Management, Planning and Budgeting, Transportation, Procurement of Materials and Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Catering and Hospitality, Organizational Coordination and Maintenance, Office Management and Secretarial Services.

The Chief Medical Officer is both the clinical and administrative head of Health Services Department
The Hospital Administrator coordinates the administrative functions of all the sections in the Health Services Department.
Section heads oversee the clinical and administrative functions of their units.
