B. REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN SERVICES
•Identification Card(ID) for:
Students
Staff
Staff dependants
•Cash payment receipts for Private Patients

D. TIMELINE
In the provision of these services the medical personnel
will be guided by the existing quality management
system standards and other professional regulations
