Department holds a successful PhD curriculum review

The Department of Food Science and Technology held a one day workshop to review the PhD  Food Science and Nutrition curriculum. The event was graced by the Dean, Faculty of Agriculture, Dr David Mburu, who requested the stakeholders to strengthen the partnerships with the department to foster quality of the programme. The workshop was attended by the food science, technology, nutrition and hospitality sectors across the country, current and prospective students as well as staff from the department.
