Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in collaboration with other partners (KALRO, PAMAT foods LTD, Farmer organizations) is working on a World Bank funded project (2020-2023) aimed at enhancing different crop value chains in various counties in Kenya. The team of researchers from Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Department (ABED) led by Prof. Christopher Kanali have successfully implemented various technologies in the banana and finger millet value chains.
