The directorates vision is to be a global leader in HR Management and Development while the mission is to recruit, train, develop and retain skilled knowledgeable and competent manpower in the University

OBJECTIVES OF THE DIRECTORATE

1. To oversee recruitment, placement and retention of qualified staff in all positions of the University.
2. To facilitate implementation of terms of service as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement for good Industrial harmony.
3. To guide and advise on effective Human Resource Management Information Systems, processes and procedures for improved human resource services across the University.
4. To facilitate staff development through training, mentorship, coaching e.tc., in order to equip employees with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude for performance of their duties.
