Medical Examination – September 2026 Intake

Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) medical and entrance forms, including student entrance medical examination documents and emergency consent forms, are typically provided directly inside the student joining instructions or via the JKUAT Admission Portal.

Duly filled forms are expected to have been scanned and uploaded on the same platform prior to reporting to streamline the process of physical verification of the same between the dates below:
