When the Ministry of Education in Higher Learning changed policies in recent years, and saw all students with C+ (plus) and above undertake degree programmes at the universities while the reminder undertaking programmes at Technical and Vocation Education  and Training (TVETs) and Teachers Training College (TTCs) institutions. There has been a challenge in acquiring students but as a campus, things have been steady for us; attracting as many applicants per semester, due to the quality of trainings offered by the campus compared to other learning institutions surrounding us.

We welcome the University Management team led by the Chancellor and the Vice Chancellor to the best Campus in the South Nyanza and part of Western regions.
