Rose Kyalo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with 2 year experience in the legal practice. She is currently pursuing a degree of Master of Laws in Corporate Governance and the Law at the University of Nairobi, School of Law, Parklands Campus. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology.
In 2010, Rose was awarded the prize for academic excellence (Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology Vice Chancellor’s Award).
Rose is passionate about Commercial Law; Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Insurance Law, and Company Law. Other areas of law include Human Rights Law and Intellectual Property Rights Law.
She lectures Diploma students in the Business and Social Sciences Department (BSS). She teaches law related units:
a) Principles of Business Law;
b) Legal Aspects of Purchasing and Supply; and
c) Communication, Ethics, Law & Human Rights.
