Most electronic applications used in e-banking, e-government, e-procurement and e-commerce run on web applications layer that is the bedrock for cyber hacking and attack. Despite this understanding, the network servers have received more protection than the web application layer hence exposing it to cyber attacks. This explain why about  two thirds of web application are vulnerable to attack. Cloud developer bootcamp hosted in Jkuat 29 – 30 June, courtesy of iCEOD and IBM.
