In line with our mandate, our objectives for the 2012/2013 period (From: July 1st 2012 to: June 30th 2013) are:
- To develop 2013/2014 Performance Contract for signing between JKUAT and Government of Kenya by June 15th 2013
- To facilitate development and signing of cascaded performance contracts within JKUAT for 2012/2013 financial year by September 15th 2012
- To monitor and report performance on quarterly and annual basis within set timelines
- To undertake annual performance evaluations and appraisals within set timelines
- To develop physical and human resource capacity for effective operation of DIPCA
- To maintain quality management system (ISO9001:2008) within the Directorate
- Maintain the Directorate’s website
