The University has therefore made remarkable progress in the area of performance contracting. We therefore take this opportunity to congratulate the University and thank each and every stakeholder in contributing to the performance. We look forward to continued support and contribution to even greater achievement.
DIPCA has been undertaking sensitization of staff on performance contracting and Appraisal. The staff were also taken through the individual performance contracting process including development, negotiation, signing and regular reporting. This was capped with the presentation of the linkage and complementary relationship between performance contracting and the quality management system.
