The JKUAT 2012/2013 was successfully vetted by the Performance Contracting Department in the Office of the Prime Minister. The Ministry of Finance, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and the Kenya Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat also checked the contract to ensure that the Univesity commitments in the contract are aligned to the national development goals.
The vetting paves way for signing and implementation of the performance contract. The function which was held at Utalii College on Tuesday July 17th 2012, was attended by the Acting Vice Chancellor, Prof. Romanus Odhiambo and Prof. Esther M. Kahangi (Deputy Vice Chancellor, Research, Production and Extension).
