JKUAT Among Top 10 Performing Kenyan Public Institutions

Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology was among the top ten performing public institutions in the year 2010/2011. The results released by the President and Prime Minister on Monday March 27, 2012 placed JKUAT at position four and nine among the country’s 20 public universities and 178 state corporations, respectively.

The ranking is based on a composite score that is computed based on negotiated and mutually agreed indicators and targets. Accordingly, the University had a score of 1.9116 which falls within the Very Good Category. This is 3.70% improvement over last year’s score of 1.9851.

DIPCA is proud of this exemplary performance and thank all stakeholders for the effort in making it possible. We look forward to continued support as we strive to post even better results.
