4 Issuance of invoice seeking/requiring feedback 2 weeks before the time action/feedback
5 Feedback on incoming written communication Within 5 working days
6 Commencement of lectures From first week of the semester as stipulated by Senate schedule
7 Examinations of students At the end of every semester
8 Registration of units Within the fourth week
9 Examination of Postgraduate theses/project report 2 weeks after submission
HANDING COMPLAINTS
1 Acknowledge receipt of complaint Within 3 working days
2 Resolve & provide feedback to complaint Within 14 working days
WORKING HOURS
1 Monday-Friday 8.00 – 1.00p.m. and 2.00 p.m. – 5.00p.m.
STATEMENT ON CORRUPTION
Corruption is NOT entertained. Report any case Of corruption to the chairman for Necessary action Commitment to provide service with diligence and integrity at all times
