Welcome ones more. You might have missed the first Debate that took place at the Kisii County offices, but you’re not out. On Friday 20th March, 2015, we shall have a Debate prepared by us and surely tailor made for us. The Motion shall be: Cheating in Learning Institutions is a Major Challenge to the Development of Our Country. We’ve all been invited; students and staff on that day to participate by either being an active debater or a good listener of the proceedings.
TO ALL OUR STUDENTS; This is to kindly notify you that we shall the Specials & Supplementary Exams the week starting on 16th March, 2015 to 20th March, 2015. All those who had not sat for their papers due various reasons are requested to reapply for those papers. The Timetable shall be out soon, so please be on the look out on the Notice Boards for any updates on the same. We wish you all the Best of Success as you sit for those Exams.
It was fireworks at the Kisii County offices where the debaters from around thirteen (13) academic institutions from within the County converged. The Motion of the Debate was: County Govts, Devolution and Its Implementation is a Savior to the Local Communities. JKUAT student fraternity led by the one and only Mr. Stanley A. Mr. Abanti Cyrus now Dr. Abanti Cyrus has been the Associate Chairman in the Information Technology and Mathematics Department at JKUAT Kisii CBD campus, and he has served in that capacity since the establishment of the department. He started his Ph.D in Information Technology in Sept, 2011 under the supervision of Prof. Miph Musoke and Dr. Gilbert Maiga both from Nkumba University in Uganda where he recently graduated from on 25th Oct. 2014.
