The Directorate of Performance Contracting and Appraisal (DiPCA) was formed to oversee the process of Performance Contracting in the University. The motivation to create DiPCA is the desire of JKUAT to ensure result based management within the University in response to the broader public sector reforms aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness in the management of the public service.
Our vision is to be an effective agency for fostering results-based management within JKUAT. Our mission is to promote efficiency in corporate resource appropriation and service delivery for enhanced realization of national development goals.
DiPCA shall seek to facilitate all members of the University to appreciate and embrace the new philosophy of efficient service delivery. We shall endeavour to be all-inclusive in our operations to ensure that the entire JKUAT fraternity understands the concepts and benefits of Performance Contracting and Appraisal. The Directorate hopes that all staff will domesticate the ideas at their respective operational levels.
