College of  Engineering and Technology

The College of Engineering is made up of the following Schools:

•    Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering ,     Mechanical Engineering, Geomatic Engineering and Geospatial Engineering , Mechatronic Engineering, Biomechanical and Environmental Engineering, Telecommunication and Information Engineering, Mining and Mineral processing Engineering.

All the programmes listed above are offered at the main campus except for the BSc in Mining and Mineral Processing Engineering (MMPE) which is offered at the Taita Taveta Campus.

All the undergraduate students must attend a minimum of 24 weeks supervised practical attachment and attain a satisfactory grade before they can graduate.

All schools also offer postgraduate programmes in the main campus.  However the MSc. programmes offered by Geomatic Engineering and Geospatial Information Systems (GEGIS) Department are available at our Nairobi Campus for convenience of the candidates.
